Once we receive the RMA Request Form, we will either fax/email an RMA # withing 2 - 3 business days. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please contact us at 1-877-975-6330.

When Shipping your RMA Products, the box must contain the RMA number provided to you, or the item will be returned back to the sender.


A Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number must be obtained from Wireless Xplosion Ltd. prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA will be refused by the warehouse.
RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14 days only.
All returns must be shipped with an RMA number displayed on the outside of each box.
Product must be returned in the original manufacturers box/packaging complete with the original parts and documentation. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will be subject to manufacturers warranty.
Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at Wireless Xplosion Ltd.’s discretion. Non-defective opened products will be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, less a 30% restocking fee.
Where applicable a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packaging.
Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any restocking fee. Items showing misuse or customer abuse will not be accepted for replacement /credit. Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Wireless Xplosion Ltd.
Non-defective Protective Cases will not be accepted for return. Defective Protective Cases must be returned within 30 days of purchase from Wireless Xplosion Ltd.
All Phones and Wilson Boosters must have their serial numbers written on the RMA Form

Placing an order on the site is simple. Once the order is received we generally try to get it out the same day (as long as the order is placed before 5 PM). If you need to change or add to your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
